Your HDTV set has 3 TV tuners installed....

NTSC Analog SD

ATSC digital OTA antenna SD/HiDef

QAM digital Cable tuner SD/HD

A simple test to get HD, If Charter has the local Network HD
available,

is to plug the CAble wall cable into the Cable RF port on the

back of your new HDTV.... and do a Cable Scan via the remote
menu...

QAM Cable digital channels should range from 74.1 to 124.20...

and some of these should be Local Network HD channels
unscrambled...

The Network picture should be superb, but identifying them is
messy...

Ultimately I hope the Cable Card works with your QAM tuner to

pick up 'paid for' optional HD channels...
.
