smallest (aka cheapest) LCD or DLP

I'm looking for a mid size HDTV to fill a 44" wide space above our
fireplace. I've seen 42" DLP's, but nothing any smaller. Do they
make DLP's or LCD projections smaller than 42"?

I think i'm looking for something between 30" and 40" that doesn't
weight a lot.
