Can an 16ms refresh rate LCD even display 1080p?
Doesnt progressive scan mean that the refresh rate should be very high?
How high exactly should it be? What about the 12ms / 8ms refresh rate
LCDs? Can they display 1080p? Any particular recommendations on
LCDs for this purpose?
Is 1080p being used in US for any broadcasts yet?
