That max price will get you a very good 65" CRT RPTV.

If you are willing to go up to 57" (I have a 56" and am going to go larger when it gets replaced) take a look at Toshiba 57HX94:

Hitachi makes a  46" CRT RPTV without a tuner (46F510)

Do a little research and you will find some real bargains out there on CRT based RPTV.
