that way also ... watch as he quickly svoids a collision ... could
either be clairvoyant or could actually see something ...

I don't doubt that Albert might have been able to see when looking
straight down. I would point out that if he could do so then it's
likely that just about everyone else could do the same thing. So give
him credit for realizing it was possible and using that opportunity to
get a slight advantage.

Exactly. I don't know why anyone would call it cheating. My guess is
that the contestants don't even put their own blindfolds on, just to
make sure it's fair. The challenge called for him to be blindfolded,
he was blindfolded, no cheating involved there.
