If you read through everything and add in what players have said in the
past it's clear that whatever the producers want at a given point in time
is the rule as long as the CBS legal team doesn't trump them. So did Rob
and Amber cheat? In the real world they clearly did but in reality TV
world they apparently didn't because when the colluded MB decided doing
so wasn't a rule.

You are finally agreeing to what I have said all along. So if in the real
world Rob and Amber did clearly cheat, Nam sak was justified in calling
him a cheater.

I've always agreed with you that there has been cheating in BB, Survivor,
etc. but I'm distinguishing between the real world and the reality TV world.
According to the rulebook and the contract they sign there's no doubt that
Rob and Amber cheated in the real world. However, when the contract
indicates that the producers can change the rules at anytime they want I
have a problem with labeling people cheaters. To me it sounds like if
players are smart they should push the rules as much as they can. As long as
they don't badmouth the producers or CBS or do something that makes the show
look bad the worst that will happen is that they will get a lecture.

Now do and nam sak have any evidence that Rob and Amber have ever cheated in
the real world? Neither of them seem like cheaters to me and neither does
Yau Man.
