Why in the hell would anyone bring a pair of $1,600 pair of alligator
shoes with them on to Survivor? Was he expecting a luxury comp that
involved a trip to into town to dine at a fine restaurant? I don't see Dan
lasting much longer than nutcase Holly.
The fact that the lady dumped someone's shoes in the water was her
stupidity. The fact that those shoes cost $1600 was his stupidity. I
certainly don't feel any worse for him than I would if someone lost a $20
pair of sneakers.
