second scenario is one I've thought about as well. Not sure how they would
handle it but I can see why people rehide found HIIs. Keeping it in your bag
definitely protects it from being stolen but there's nothing stopping others
from going through your bag and discovering you have it which takes away a
lot of it's power. If it was up to me I'd say a HII is only safe if it's in
your possession--either on you personally or in your bag, etc. If this
scenario ever happens I'm sure they'll make up a rule on the spot which best
suits the storyline they're trying to tell at that moment.
