Yes, I read it in the other thread and I ain't buying a word of it.

Either JP is lying thru his teeth or he didn't watch last night's
episode and is going on what he remembers from 6 months
ago, because the clue _wasn't_ on the floor when Amanda
came around to that side of the bed and it was clearly in
Danielle's control when Amanda wrestled it away from her.

And JP is also full of shit as far as leaving it up to the players,
as this preposterous statement implies that a stronger player
can simply take the clue from a weaker player.

We've heard back to S1 that all U.S. laws apply to Survivor
and just as you can't take my wallet simply because it isn't
in my pocket, Amanda can't take the clue just because
Danielle didn't have it in her hand.

This is just MB/CBS covering up the fact that Survivor staff
stepped in and made Amanda give it back.
