Why didn't they get rid of Russell?

Here's an interesting "secret scene" clip of Courtney and Coach. Coach is
bemoaning past losses when Courtney says something like "You and Jerri are
two, me and Sandra are two." She makes a good case for the four of them
teaming up to get rid of Russell. Too bad they didn't show this because I'd
like to know what happened. Did Jerri decide to stick with Russell or did
Coach never bring this plan up with her?
