That's hardly Survivor's fault concerning the ratings.

I can't recall anyone saying it's Survivor's fault.

If Sarah Palin can ask for $1 to $1.5 million/episode for a show that hasn't even been approved

Sarah can ask for whatever she wants. What she gets is another matter.
