Actually I can't stand James because he is a bully. I didn't have no

In an unseen video clip from the last episode, James says that he regrets
Randy being hit by the pad and that it wasn't his intention to do it. He
also claims he apologized for doing so.

I call BS on that. James threw it at him and then followed it up by
yelling at him. James may have later regretted it but I don't doubt
that James threw the bag where he wanted it to go.
