Yes, that was Dalton Ross (IIRC), his article (blog) about it was posted
here a few days ago. The challenge legs were shown out of order, so
what? The challenge wasn't fixed and the outcome wasn't affected.

That echoes conversations in the Survivor community that Parvati
received information about Russell's game play from someone in
casting and/or mutual friends before the game began.

If true, that's dishonest game play and the producers should look into
it.

I find it hard to believe that Parv and Russell had mutual friends at that
time. If it was someone in casting providing the information then why were
only Russell and Parv involved and why them?

It does seem unlikely that Parv would have had mutual friends with
Russell at that time. It probably wouldn't matter anyway since no one
at that point would know who was going to be invited from S19 to join
S20. So while Boo (a former Survivor) already knew Russell and some of
the S20 players might know Boo it seems unlikely his name and
description would have come up in those ten days or so between the end
of S19 and the beginning of S20. As for someone in casting it might be
as simple as Parv seeing this guy that she doesn't know and asking
someone she knows in casting about him. They probably shouldn't have
said anything since it should be MB's decision how much information
the players get, but I doubt it breaks any real rules.
