I responded to 'The Madam's' snide comments by saying:

"For your information...'firend' is pronounced : 'FIRE-nid', and it
means
'friend' in Brazilian slang.

Next time I'll just stick to english words.

(I think she bought that.)

You are certainly right. I can probably forget about experiencing the
pleasures of 'The Madam' or her 'top girls'.

However...I think this is due more to borrowing her heels than to my
witty comments.

She and Imelda Marcos are NUTS for shoes.
