the biggest threat that shark held for him was if he had developed an

You are out of your mind if
you think the show will be cancelled because they encounter and get hurt
by
wildlife.
You're out of your mind if you think they'll be able to get insurance to
cover them filming so much as a single episode (perhaps even a single
MINUTE) beyond the time when someone gets *SIGNIFICANTLY* hurt by
wildlife.
You have been proven wrong now go cry like a little bitch.
Oh, dear... That's FUNNY!
Unfortunately for you, looks aren't everything.
G'night, Boo... It's well past your bedtime.

you have in the commerical insurance and litigation fields but I have to
ask...do you have nay idea at all about what is and is not available with
respect to the sorts of insurance that may be needed or desirable? Do you
have any experience in how to draft a waiver that would be enforceable?
I don't but I know that it can be done.
I also know that if you are willing to pay an appropriate premium, darned
near any sort of insurance is available.
Perhaps you are correct in spirit, and MB does not wish to pay the premium
and therefore chooses to err on the side of caution but I suspect that if he
really wished to do so, he could protect his show's financial bottom line
and still put on a he _ _ of a show.
With profits of 12+MM per episode, they can buy whatever insurance is
needed, but still they want to keep players safe...
