Sure I understand that...but they'll have to show SOME reason for
the eviction, don'tcha think?
Even if it's age, weak looking, etc.
Won't the players make at least a one-line statement as to why they
decided to send the person home?
We'll see, won't we? I've just been a Survivor fan long enough to
know how misleading what they show us can end up being. We'll see.
SPOILER BELOW ALERT for those that don't want to know....
According to the preview show, the two "sent home" at the beginning
are actually sent by helicopter to their camp, while the rest of the
tribe have to make a hike (4 miles I believe) to get to the camp.
There, they will be given a clue to a hidden immunity idol located
in the camp. They have to make a decision to spend time looking for
the idol, or using the provided materials to start building camp
before the others arrive.
Where did you see this "preview show" ???
It was on the TV-Guide channel. It's the same show they do every season
where jeff gives his pre-game thoughts on the players, and how he thinks
they will do. They also let the press compete against the "Dream Team" on
the first challenge. (The Press won).
Another "reveal" - This season, two players will go to Exile each time
(Which is supposed to be very barren). The winning tribe will pick one from
the losing tribe, who will then pick who from the winning tribe will join
them. The clues also point to the HII back in their respective camps.
Another opportunity for a James event - One player with both HII's.
It airs again today at 2-3PM, 7-8PM, and Saturday 3-4PM and 10-11PM (CST).
The location this time is desert, so the hike will be over sandy terain, and
may take several hours.
