Absolutely, and this is one of the best storylines of the show. Ace
ASSUMES everyone is following his lead and will support him later and
does not realize they are only humoring him.


Perhaps he thinks they can pull off what Boston Rob
and Amber did.


There is almost always some couple that at least THINKS they can do
that. But that occurred with a very special group of "stupid, stupid
players" who should certainly have known better.


It's not easy to keep your alliance partner safe when
everyone knows about your alliance. As much as I disliked Rob, he had more
than arrogance going for him.


More than once he somehow escaped when he should have been booted. It
was obvious to everyone except the players in the game what was going
on, and they did nothing to prevent it. Romber deserved to win and
the others deserved what they got.
