In Canada we had a naval cadet (I mean equivalent to the US Naval
Academy, not the navy sponsored kids group) who was put up on charges
and narrowly missed being expelled for drunkenness.

Good thing for him he had witnesses who were able to swear that he had
had nothing other than about 3-4 rolls of chocolate rum candies as his
blood alcohol was definitely over 0.08despite not drinking anything at
all!
