The first part of the upgrade is more hours since the janitor job is
fulltime and the lunch lady job isn't. The janitor position likely involves
simple maintenance like changing lightbulbs and cleaning mostly things that
are much more plesant than toilets, such as mopping the hallway floor.

Unprofessional to air the dirty laundry in public, both sides should
have figured out how to fix this issue in private. Sounds like sour
grapes from the principal.

How exactly can the principal restore her name or that of her school
district by handling this privately? Putting a correction notice on the
school website is hardly 'sour grapes'.
