No, she doesn't "suck" because she didn't knuckle under and just go
along with it; she sucks because, as Nathan says:
"Religious worship is a state of mind and spirit, not a physical act."
and she plainly is scared to death of the physical act, all the while
claiming to be a worshipping person.
She *is* a hypocrite, because she knows what's in her heart and fears
that while exhibiting and saying otherwise
Since when did you and Nathan become experts on Christianity
I was raised Christian, and some of my closest friends are professors
in the Religion department where I teach. One in particular is a
specialist in East Asian religion, in fact. Though I myself do not
study religion academically, I have had many conversations with them,
and asked for their input on this thread.
Which denomination??
or anything for that matter??
I have a PhD in linguistics from one of the best linguistics programs
in the country, so I daresay I am an expert at least in linguistics
(specifically phonology, if you need more precision).
Think your students deserve their money back!!
Seems to be quite obvious you and Nathan
have some major hostility against Christians and you are using your
comments against Leslie to vent these strong opinions!!
I don't have a problem with Christians. I have a problem with idiots.
Even educated ones like yourself??
Nathan
