In S2, Colby had made a promise to take Tina to the F2. He kept it,
rather than backstabbing her and taking Keith instead. And he lost. And
most fans thought he was an idiot.
In S14, Dreamz had made a promise not to vote off Yau-Man. He broke it.
And most fans think what he did was wrong.
Is this not a contradiction?
Why is what Dreamz did, any less moral than what Colby did?
Because Dreamz broke his word.
Why is what Colby did, dumber than what Dreamz did?
It's not.
Here's my problem with Dreamz. Sure the game is outwit, outplay, out last.
And for the people that approach the game that way (i.e. Johnny Fairplay), I
have no problem with that. But people like Dreamz, who in their private
interviews state that their honor means everything, and that they want to
keep their integrity, he even talked specifically about honoring the deal,
but then when it comes time to put their word to the test, they break their
word and then try to justify it afterword.
