Yes she did. Liliana would necessarily have to find a way to ingratiate herself with some of the alliance of 5; in fact, we saw her trying it.
When the merge happens, they will quite likely need 6 votes. If all they have left on their tribe is people that want more than anything to join the 'other side', they will not have any advantage at all. Liliana was a better choice (for the tribre and for the '5 alliance') to keep than Cassandra. Cassandra will bolt to the other side quickly if she knows that alliance of 5 is solid and offers no hope past F6 for her.
I just think it was pure jealousy on the girls part.
They saw Lili trying to get in good with the guys, massaging and such, and took an instant dislike to her.
The should have taken the bad camp and not needed to vote off anyone. But Cassandra would be next. Lili was a good strong tribe member, even the girls said that.
Usually a strategy of "Lets go ahead and go to tribal council" ends up bad.
