Based on Survivor's history, particularly the way they handled the
ethnic tribes, I think you're probably right.

I hope not. That would be boring. The same stigma that's attached to racial segregation doesn't apply to class segregation. If they want to milk the unscripted drama, they should maintain the status quo until the merge. Guaranteed it would be pretty explosive. I'm pretty sure Burnett would be all for it. But is CBS brave enough? That is the question.



The 'luxury' camp could easily last right up to the merge. Every episode has a reward challenge: winner gets the luxury camp until the next reward challenge.

Kind of like exile island in reverse?


After the merge, they could all expect to be merging to the 'best beach' as usual, only to find out that luxury camp gets closed down and they all have to live at slum camp.



I hope they ramp the social psyhcology experimentation like never before. It needs to twist in that direction.
