You're held to a much higher standard when you're dealing with a non-profit
or charity organization. What he did, if true, was totally wrong. You
simply have to wait until you receive the info before you open a bank
account. But even putting that aside, all he has to show is that he
transferred the funds from his personal account to the new charity account.
What do you want to bet that never happened?
