If Tom took Ian to F2, rather than Katie, yes, Tom would have been about as
dumb as Colby. It doesn't have to be about Tom not winning the IC, though.
After the IC was over, Tom could have told Ian not to quit...he could have
'demanded' that Ian not quit. Tom let Ian quit because it allowed Tom to
pretend to be the 'better' person. Tom never had to face a tough
decision...but he sure does hype his own superior moral stance even though
he never faced the decision.

As for JFP...he didn't get eliminated by an accidental slip. He went into
F3 with two players that were superior to him in physical ability (with
respect to that challenge). He simply couldn't compete with Sandra and
Lillian.
