and given that group....I bet they would succeed in serving them.

Let's assume that the Marshal's service had a subpoena for Obama. (It
wouldn't be the one in question, which is a) a state court order, and b)
doesn't demand Obama's appearance, just documents.) Obama would simply
order Holder (the AG) to order Hilton (the USMS director) not to serve it.
