If he obstructed justice, was he prosecuted? If he was, what was the
result? If he wasn't then WTF are you guys talking about?

He wasn't. Without looking it up, I can't remember but what happened with
Clinton when he said he "never had sexual relations" with that girl. I
should remember after all the hooplah, but it wasn't important to me.

Leo is right though (wash my mouth with soap), you can obstruct justice and
not be prosecuted. It happens often, the prosecutor doesn't want to mess
with something that is often very minor compared to the real investigation.


I'm not convinced he lied to police. I might be wrong about this, but
I jsut ahven't seen anything besides the stuff I see here.

He wasn't completely forthright with the press. No crime there at
all.

I don't know much about the lying part, I too only followed what was posted on here. He was one of the a typical piece of shit politicians who was unfortunately stuck in the middle of a missing woman/murder investigation because of an affair with the same young and beautiful missing woman. I mean, who'da known.
