There are many forms of cluelessness.  Your particular one is to get
insulting to folks that don't agree with you.

Then don't write "man being held without solid evidence due to
hysterical reporting by the media", if you have read about the case.

Pull your head out of that tight spot, Commadrejoa. READ the damned
article that is linked to above.

"Hysteria" was not some description I made up about the media
coverage..

From the Herald Sun:
"Justice Howie said he thought it was the right decision, adding that
"stripped of all the prejudice, stripped of all the hysteria'',

The Diane Brimble Case, like many, many criminal cases are compromised
from the very beginning, when the crime scene isn't secure, or the
people in charge of criminal investigation are clueless like the cruise
ship's security.

It is not that I agree or disagree with the Judge, but I understand why
he ruled on the manslaughter charge on Mark Wilhelm.

According to the article cited:

'Wilhelm had been subjected to "rumours, misinformation, supposition
and conjecture, which is not based on the evidence I have seen'', the
judge said.'

It's OK to diagree with that, if you would like. Even though, in my
opinion, the judge knows more about the case than you or me.

But telling someone who has read about the case and who agrees with
the judge that he is "clueless"???

Jeez, dude.

I think you could learn two things commadregoa

1) You can disagree with someone without getting insulting.

2) Realize that sometime people who disgree with you do so because
they understand things that you do not.
