And we shall just see about that, won't we?

So you guys are both pre-judging this guy guilty too, hmm?
Well, let me clarify what I think he's guilty of (and don't go
confusing me voicing an opinion with thwarting this guy's opportunity
for a fair trial before a jury of his peers, because it's not the
same).

If he watched this girl get raped, beaten and "dehumanized" and did
nothing to stop it, he's a piece of shit and a gutless coward.
However, the story just doesn't ring true. How did he manage to watch
just for 15-20 minutes while multiple people attacked this girl and
then, when he saved her, she was all alone? How was it that the whole
Clearly, he's no Sir Galahad.
He steps up, tells her he's there to help, sits beside her,
gives her his shirt to cover herself, and fends off the guys
who want to take pictures of her. He is the ONLY ONE who
steps up. And your comment is what, again?

What I'm interested in is where is the
shirt he said he draped over the victim?
Oh, well, CLEARLY none of the other TWENTY people who were there
could have taken it -- so he MUST be lying!

Any chance his shirt ended up in the back of the paramedic rig along with whatever else was left at the scene? On the few occasions I've happened to be present at some situation, they usually put whatever loose clothing is there in a bag and toss it in the
ambulance with the transportee, unless the cops take it first.

My read is that the cops are claiming not to have found it.

I don't read that as particularly damning. The girl will
testify whether somebody offered her a shirt or not.
