Temple, Tx (Fort Hood) call for blood donations

The blood and tissue center in Temple, TX urgently requests donations of all
blood types. Assuming that Fort Hood, the largest US base in the world,
maintains some blood supply, this would seem to indicate that some of the
injured have very serious wounds. Some civilians reported among casualties.
