Good cripes. Sounds like another Munchausen's case.

She's quoted as saying she did it for the attention, so, that would be yes.

When a local judge saw the woman had been release on such low bail with so
few restrictions she (the judge) ordered her rearrested. The judge's story
now is that she assumed it must be a clerical error, but there is some
suspicion that she really did mean to reverse the judge who released the
woman. That of course is not the way we do things around here, so the woman
was released again on the original terms, although the judge who had ordered
the rearrest "by mistake" still opined that she would have imposed much
higher bail and much more restrictive terms. The woman is supposed to be
staying with her parents and is subject to a police order to have no contact
with her kids, although such an order expires in 30 days, almost certainly
before this case could go to trial (although given some of the woman's
statements so far, about the only likely to be tried is her sanity as she
has pretty much admitted all the facts).

Here's the story inclunding the claim that she admitted it:

Here's the story with some stuff about the kerfluffle between Judge Baird
(who gave her the easy release) and Judge Kocerek who ordered her rearrested
and then relented on account of "court policy":
