Todd Sommer?s death is still officially listed as a homicide.

The court left open the possibility that Cynthia Sommer could be charged
again.

A January 30th news report on a San Diego TV station states that a motion
hearing is scheduled. Sommer's lawyer is trying to make sure no future
charges can be filed against his client. Unfortunately there was no mention
of when this motion hearing is to take place.
