As most of us know, Rudy Guede has already been sentenced to 30 years for
his involvement.

I am curious what role, if any, he will play in this trial. Will he testify?
Or, has he been given a deposition that will be introduced at trial?

Guede claims he had gone to the house for a tryst with Kercher and that,
while he was in the bathroom, she was murdered by someone else. Someone
else? Why did he not say who it was if he knew it was Knox or boyfriend
Sollecito?

I did read that Guede changed his story later and named Sollecito as the
knife-wielding killer.

But my question remains, "Will Guede be used in the trial?" And if so, will
he be willing to accuse wither Knox or Sollecito?
