I kinda thought that, but then I worried the "d" was for dead/deceased, decomposing, despicable/deplorable (dreadful), or decapitated hubby! I'm in enough hot water most of the time to avoid all that. Thx, btw :-)

I always thought it was "dear hubby", or "damned hubby" depending on the subject.
