I wonder how well children in these circumstances fare. They cannot
possibly get the attention they should for their emotional development,
plus they'll face the physical challenges of being born so premature.
Add to that a wacko mother who keeps having freakin' litters (and anyone

This woman has a 2006 degree in child and adolescent development and
has been working on her master's.

That doesn't mean she's not nuts!
CA probably paid for her schooling because she was a single mother of
multiple children on welfare.
