You need to read the book " The Sociopath Next Door "  .

Don't know about a "medical" sociopath, but a Freudian
sociopath implies the child was raised by a "street gang"
which replaced it's Super Ego of right and wrong as taught
by the child's parents ... with the teachings of the streets
.... or basically mere survival. No child is going to become
a sociopath while being raised in a home with two decent
parents who have no history of that. Maybe NPD, but again
I see that as a type who has strong control of their self
image and emotions. An NPD is "head centered" and
very logical. Casey certainly is not that. On the other
hand, BPD ( Borderline ) is pure emotion with rapid
changes, hourly, from extreme overevaluation of someone
to unreasonable anger at the slightest infraction. Plus
a Borderline cannot stand to be alone. They crave
excitement and company. And are prone to jumping in
bed with one guy after another. The onset age of BPD
is early 20s, and can be devastating ... mostly females.
BPD appears to have a strong genetic component, and
runs in families ... through Mother to Daughter.
