I think Travolta and Preston are better off using freedom of religion
as a defense. Scientology is adamantly against any sort of
Thismedication. There is a right of privacy, and there is negligence.
Newquote sort of borderlines on negligence...

"Neither Travolta, wife Kelly Preston - on the island for a two-day
ofYear's celebration - nor anyone else had seen the teen alive since he
went to use the bathroom the prior evening, according to a police
report."
Basically he was left alone for 12 hours. An autistic with a history
privacy, seizures, possibly not on any seizure medication. That is not
correctthat is borderline child abuse. His parents refuse to accept a
diagnosis of his condition, that is denial.
The part about the boy being last seen the day before have been false
according to some more recent news articles.
Travolta camp is spinning alot right now. There are many conflicting
stories.. A hotel manager found him, rather than his nurse/keeper is one
of stories. He didn't have a seizure, he bang his head against the
toilet or the floor, John Travolta himself gave him CPR before the
Paramedics arrived, etc, etc.
What I can decipher is that it sounds like Jett was dead before he was
found, given they were administering CPR as a last ditch effort and he
was declared DOA at the hospital.
I think the best source of what happened to Jett Travolta is the autopsy
report. I take what Travolta's lawyers are spinning with a grain of
salt at this moment. They may be telling the truth, but their intent
is to protect their client, and make sure he comes across in the best
possible light in a very traumatic time for their clients.
This link is a pretty good cutter of the spin.

I too doubt the autopsy will be very enlightening. I wonder if Jett was
verbal? If anyone had ever heard him speak. In the video in Paris, he
looked a bit like a deer in headlights. And all the attention was in
getting him into the vehicle and settled rather than Preston or the
daughter. He was a big kid, looked bigger than Travolta. Harder to manage
as they grow. I'd always like John Travolta, but have no respect for
someone who doesn't seek the proper treatments for their kids, especially
because of stupid *scientology* crappola.
