Caylee Anthony Makeshift Memorial Toys Headed to a Shelter

The family of a murdered child says they are grateful for the public's
generosity.

But now the stuffed animals, dolls and toys stacked at a makeshift memorial
are headed to a shelter.

"This is a lot of love and the love needs to go somewhere other than sitting
on the ground."

Speaking on behalf of George and Cindy Anthony, attorney Brad Conway
announced all the toys and stuffed animals donated in memory of Caylee, will
go to children in need.

Anthony Family Attorney, Brad Conway said, "There are at least 88 children
in several families that are homeless and they won't really have a
Christmas, but for the gifts that everybody has given to Caylee."

Conway says Cindy Anthony calls her granddaughter a "mature three-year-old"
who would have loved to share her toys, and it would have been Caylee's wish
to send these gifts to other kids.

"They know that if Caylee were here she would share these ... Caylee is not
here, she can't play with these gifts but she's looking down."

Conway says the Anthony's went to church this morning but are otherwise
staying in the privacy of their home. Just one day after the Anthony's
learned of their granddaughter's death authorities searched the family's
house yet again.

Conway says investigators took clothing and shoes belonging to both Casey
and Cayle, among other items. He says even though the family is cooperating
with the investigation, allowing authorities into their home at such an
emotional time was not easy for the Anthonys.

"To have the FBI and Orange County Sheriff's Office and crime scene
technicians back in the house, that was very, very difficult for them."

Brad Conway says the letters, cards, pictures, and crosses for Caylee will
stay.

As for Casey, Conway says the Anthony's would love to visit their daughter
in jail this week and share Christmas as a family.

But because their conversations are recorded, they are choosing not to.

I don't believe the problem lies with their conversations being
recorded, per se.  It lies with some SKANK passing those conversations
on to the public.- Hide quoted text -

I think they can't bear to look at the murderer of their beloved
grandaughter. All of this has been too much for them to absorb.
I'm sure they want Casey to live and not be put to death, but
they have the right to mourn the death of Caylee and of their
  "family" for the time being.

Why even have a trial? Let's just get a rope and hang the girl.

GREAT IDEA!
