With the DNA evidence 7-14 days from being confirmed on the remains
found near the Anthony house, would a hair analysis be a quicker
"intermediate" determination of who the remains belong to?
While I was replying the first time, this popped up
on CNN. Hair analysis *has* been done, and the
mother's defense is saying it's the same color:

Lawyer: Corpse's hair color matches Caylee's
ORLANDO, Florida (CNN) -- Strands of hair found with remains
discovered a half mile from the home of missing toddler Caylee Anthony
are the same color as Caylee's, lawyers for her mother said in court
Friday.
Defense attorneys for Casey Anthony, the 22-year-old mother charged
with Caylee's murder, told Judge Stan Strickland they were notified
Thursday the corpse's hair color and other features matched Caylee.
Overnight, investigators searched the home of Caylee's grandparents
and "absolutely" found something of interest, Orange County, Florida,
Sheriff Kevin Beary said Friday morning.
The girl often lived in the house with her grandparents and her
mother, who was arrested in October and charged with murder.
Investigators "concluded there were certain things they wanted to be
looking for" and searched the home, Beary said in an interview
broadcast on ABC News. Authorities took boxes and bags full of items
for review.
(snip)
If this turns out to be Caylee I wonder if they'll have sufficient
evidence or any motivation to further try determining who the father
was, at least in a known circle of people (e.g. that guy that died in an
accident).- Hide quoted text -

I really think it's imperative to find out
who the father is/was. Something is so
fishy about this paternal link. I'm not going
to say what I'm thinking but the grieving
public has a right to know who's the father
of this dead child. What about his rights.
