See this is typical "twisted" evidence. Nancy hears straight up
that the company wants the buyer to qualify to buy a controlled
dangerous chemical ... then hears it is expensive .. then wants
proof of ID of the buyer, and a record of the purchase ... and
then Nancy "twists" all of that to say it is "easy" to buy. That's
how the cops do it too. You say one thing that seems obvious,
and by the time the "Nancy-cops" have processed it, you said
just the opposite.

HERE'S THE FACT !! You go buy chloroform, and abuse it,
the cops will nail your butt.

Here's the simple explanation. You wash baby diapers in
Chlorine Bleach, and leave them in the hot trunk of a car, and
a GC will find traces of every chlorine compound there is ..
including chloroform.

Even simpler: You let the night crew clean the lab floor with
a wax stripper, and your GC will detect chloroform, and it
will take a week of baselines before your GC will stop sniffing
it. By that time, the night crew has moved down the hall,
and the GC will peg out again.
