No, it doesn't/ He snapped hours before. Gee, stayed pissed for two
whole hours. Does that mean he wasn't an otherwise non-violent person
who lost it?


I don't know about your *normal* people, but mine don't stay *murderous*
for two whole hours. That's called 'premeditation', not 'snapped'.



But Andrea Yates took the time to drown five children, one at a time, even
chasing down the last one through the house. But that wasn't premeditation,
it was mental illness, and you applauded her not guilty verdict.
