Ignore the being shot down.

Why should anyone ignore the loss of an A4-D Skyhawk
at a cost to taxpayers of over a three quarter million dollars?

Because 3 crashes were just trivial flights with no good reason for a
crash. Being shot down by a missle is a pretty damn good reason to be
shot down! He refused to study, refused to read the manuals, thus he
crashed 3 expensive planes on trivial flights. Dont get bogged down on
the non trivial being shot down by a missle!!
