Her success, and GGW's blame, will depend on if GGW producers checked IDs (and saved copies for their records). If they did, and they had good reason believe her to be an adult, her case is out the window. I have a feeling, tho, that GGW could easily have become lax wrt the documentation of girls on film, and if so she may be able to cash in big time.

Probably not. If GGW can produce a copy of a legit-looking fake ID she gave them, they're home free. If not, she may have a case.
