Whenever I read about a murder victim, murderer, rapist, pedophile in
the news, I check out if they have a profile on Facebook. This one
has.

Mother Of Three Murdered Inside Flower Shop

Toronto homicide detectives have a vicious new case on their hands
after a mother of three met a terrible end inside her North York
flower shop.

Felicia Hosany's body was discovered at about 9pm Thursday inside the
washroom of the family business that bore her name: Flowers By
Felicia. The 51-year-old had been bound and gagged with duct tape.

Hosany's husband made the gruesome discovery at the Wilson Heights
Blvd store near Allen Rd. and Sheppard after she was late coming home
from work.

"He hadn't heard from her at about 9pm, she's usually home just after
7," explained Det. Sgt. Steve Ryan from the Homicide Squad.

"He got worried and came down here and that's where he found her. On
its face it does look like a robbery."

A friend of Hosany's was perplexed at why anyone would hurt her.

"She's a wonderful person. There's no reason for anybody to do this to
her," said Sue Weller. "She was warm, she was friendly. She was open
with everybody."

According to investigators the store had signs of being ransacked and
money was missing. An autopsy on Hosany's body was scheduled for
Friday.

There's no word on whether police have any leads on who killed her.
