well you know soooo much....you tell me. just because my ex-husband
was violent with me doesn't mean he would shake his own child. and
since you obviously have some access to records why don't you read the
part where the evidence showed that the subdural hematoma could have
only been caused within 3 hours. also the part about the sperm in her
anus....how the deterioration that took place was only within the
period of time when Tom was the only one with her and he admitted to
that. in the news paper during the trial he quoted "the only thing I
know for sure is that I didn't rape her". well, then he failed to say
he didn't shake her either. my oldest daughter was there and saw the
event that happened...she was two. children at the age of two are
unable to "make up" stories and she told us exactly what happened.
did you also read where he was accused of shoving a pencil into his ex-
girlfriends baby boy's penis? and putting cigarette burns on his
***. probably not, do more digging. i was there from start to
finish. he was sneaky, devious and had one agenda. by the way, their
father has been a great father and has never once lifted a had to
them. you can think all you want, just make sure you get all your

It sounds like your daughter (and you now) went thru some horrific ***. That's sooo awful. That picture I saw of her on the news all hooked up to the medical equipment, she looks like a broken little angel. It just breaks my heart, I can only imagine what you are going thru. Gondek needs to die in hell. The death sentence for him (which IMO he should have gotten) would have been too easy. For him to be up for parole makes me sick to my stomach.

Keep us updated with your progress on keeping that sick *** behind bars. And I hope you and your other daughter find some happiness thru all this.
