Are you sure that is correct?  If you hit someone who said, "C'mon -- hit
me!  You don't have the guts," you are still charged with assault.  
The cops
don't say, "Well, that guy asked you to hit him.  You're off scott-free!"
It doesn't work like that, afaik.

No I am not positive and I hope I am wrong, but based on lots of legal
things I have seen in the past (usually at work), the fact Bo asked
creepo to do this will negate any future complaint that it was done.

To expand on my own thought (which was distracted by a dog frantically
barking at the same time a cat fight broke out in the other room) - the
fact Bo requested it creates a gray area where for you and Tiny, there
is not. Your info was posted without your request.

Maybe a lawyer would touch Bo's complaint, but slime ball's lawyers will
contend their client did not get Bo's sarcastic tone; you know how it is
in email,subtleties and tone get lost; creepo's first language is not
English; the dolt has a 3rd grade reading level; and so on. The lawyers
will argue indefinitely about it and because of the gray area, it would
never end up being a ton of bricks coming done on him/her.

Well, if Bo has "friends" whether he can take legal action or not,
then I wouldn't want to be in her place. And, despite the many
requests, she's not dolt enough to publish her own name and address,
which shows clearly that she knows she's in the wrong. Nobody can
beat the system and computers can be found.
