SWIFTWATER, Pa. - Parts of a woman's body were found in eight trash
bags scattered over a wide area in northeastern Pennsylvania,
authorities said Tuesday.

The first bag was found Tuesday morning near the Mount Pocono exit of
Interstate 380 by a state road worker salting the highway.

When I hear of people finding body parts in bags, I wonder what possessed
them to open the bag in the first place. Is it standard operating
procedure for work crews and highway clean-up crews to open any bags they
find? Maybe in this day and age, it is.

Linda

Over the years, once and a while you run across an article of somebody
opening a bag or a box on the side of the road and finding a baby, a head or
a body part. Because of that, I always peek in a bag. Not that I've run
across one that often, but when I do I always peek.

You never know what could be in the bag. Some robber's stash, a perp's gun
or even a bag of money some kid tossed out the winder.

Yea I know, I read waaay to many crime stories.<<

Are you saying that you actually pull over on the highway, or a road,
whenever you see bags on the side, and open them? Do you carry gloves with
you for that sort of thing? (Most of the bags I see, I wouldn't touch
without protective gear.) I'm guessing you must not live near a major
metropolitan area, otherwise you'd never have time for anything else (like
the newsgroup) because of the volume of bags you'd be opening every day.

Have you ever found anything besides garbage?
