When I hear of people finding body parts in bags, I wonder what possessed them to open the bag in the first place. Is it standard operating procedure for work crews and highway clean-up crews to open any bags they find? Maybe in this day and age, it is.

Maybe the blood was running out, or the bag with the head was
head-shaped.....or a leg-bag was leg-shaped.

Best to just dump it in the woods, I'd think. They have plenty.
