If the clergyman wanted to waive confidentialiy/privilege and testify,
I don't think it is a problem, but there is no way this information can
be used in all but certain criminal trial of the murder of Kathleen
Savio. It also can be ruled inadmissible in a future murder of Stacy
Peterson trial, given it is pretty close to hearsay, because it is
information passed on by Stacy Peterson that she heard from Drew.

Stacy's statements on her intent to divorce Drew could be ruled
admissible, and if she used this as a reason for divorce, then it will
be allowed, but I don't see it as very clear cut that this will be
allowed in court.

IF the clergyman testified [in a Savio murder trial] that Stacy told him
Drew had admitted killing Kathleen Savio, I wonder if the defense attorney
would accuse the witness of making up the story, claiming that he's not to
be believed because Stacy is unavailable to verify or refute his testimony.
