Very cute little girl, but not "glamorous" by any means. Country
folk,poorer
area,no big mystery. I'm 200 miles away and my paper only covered it on
Monday. The sheriff didn't hide that the step-jerk was a suspect, but
apparently didn't let much else out. Whiny Nancy probably just didn't
think
there was enough of a draw....


Well they did haul ass to Florida for Jessica Lunsford. I'm just sayin'.
Kept waiting for one of 'em to at least pick the story up. Yeah, we are all
interested in the apparent death of cops 4th. wife, but this was a little
girl missin' here. Where are their producers or assistants anyway? It's
not hard to track down current *stories*. They really pissed me off,
ignoring this poor little missing girl. And what took him 5 hours to dump
her in a sink hole, what was it, 10 miles away?

I too was surprised this didn't get picked up by the national media. They seem to pick and choose for sure. The cop's 3rd and 4th wife thing is definitely interesting, especially because of the apparent corruption of *someone* who listed #3's death as accidental. I can see why it is getting attention, but there really aren't a lot of other missing person/whodunnit type stories taking up the airwaves right now. I expected this one to get picked up and obsessed about.
